Yep, ear-holing - not be be confused with "skull fucking" you perverted bastards but a technique used by a fighter in top position to punch to the ears of the grounded opponent.
That's what Jason (so that's his real name) Lambert (23-6) said in a Canadian Press interview about his road to UFC 80 to face Wilson "Who the Fuck?" Gouveia (9-4) yesterday.
