Karo Parisyan will be fighting Ryo Chonan at UFC 78: Validation on November 17 and is considered by many to be the first UFC fighter to have successfully adapted his Judo style to the Octagon. He has six Junior National belts to his credit, and competed in Olympic Judo trials for the 2004 games in Athens.
