That wasn't Rich Franklin that night... Hughs was bored and was experimenting with new techniques...please! Both fighters got beat plain and simple. Both fighters will come back and do well, but I think rematches will result in the same conclusion. GSP and Silva are on top of their game right now. If Randy loses, Silvia should thank him for making him take his training wheels off. Silvia plays it too safe and is so boring as a result. Yes he beat up Monson, but Monson was the agressor the whole damn fight. Tim- please start fighting like the champ.

ReplyDeleteI agree 100% with Dana White as far as the "that wasn't Rich Franklin" comment. I was saying the exact same thing to my buddies from the time he walked out from the back. You could tell by looking at him on the way to the ring that there was something off. You could tell even more once the fight started. I'm not saying that Silva won't beat him (or will) in a rematch, but it definitely won't look like the last fight.
