Blogger goes offline yesterday and now Feedburner.com today. My apologies to those who are trying to access MMA Fever content at this moment.
You see, Feedburner code is embedded into this template to allow you to subscribe to our feed and also email a post to someone or add it to your list of favorites on Del.icio.us and also, a link for you to Digg our posts.
As Feedburner tries to revive itself with smelling salts, MMA Fever will continue to rock its server with our Feverish fans.

ReplyDeleteNo need for smelling salts here. We're wide awake and ready for action. Perhaps some Wii boxing is in order! :-) Anyhow, we're not aware of any downtime - can you help us isolate what you're seeing? This may be a routing issue between your ISP and us, but we run a number of monitoring services across all of our servers, and see no evidence of any systemic connectivity issues to our homepage or to our feed servers.

Hi Eric, first off let me say that I love Feedburner and the value it adds to this site.
ReplyDeleteMy partner in crime, Colonel Balz called me today in a panic and said he posted twice and only one post was showing up instead of the whole page.
I checked the site and noticed that the Feedburner banner at the top was down so I checked to see if www.feedburner.com was live and sure enough, it was down in my neck of the woods.
I agree, it could heave been a routing issue local to me and that explains a lot for me and leaves me a sense of relief.
Even though we are a start-up "up-start" MMA blog, we are slowing growing in popularity and I heavily rely of Feedburner 'cause it is the best solution for my needs and that of my viewers.
All good from here Eric and if I do run into any difficulty in the future, I will not hesitate to contact you (although, I don't expect any hiccups from Feedburner going forward).
