Fedor Emelianenko (Pride FC Heavyweight Champion) will surface in New York City on Monday October 22 for a press conference to announce the details of his new contract with the Russian based mixed martial arts organization, M-1.
There are also rumours circulating that M-1 will announce their first event to be held on United States soil. The massive MMA event is to take place sometime in February, with Fedor starring the show against an unnamed opponent.
Emelianenko will be going over the details of his new contract at the press conference and also reveal the buyer(s) of M-1. The press conference has been tentatively scheduled for Monday at 5:30 p.m. ET at the New York City offices of fashion designer Marc Ecko.
