EliteXC was like watching a car accident. How many people will never watch MMA again because they think that "UFC fightin' on Saturday night was stupid?"
ReplyDeleteI thought it was a good show for the layman.
ReplyDeleteAgreed that Elite XC was done poorly and it was so deliberately spelled out that any cool factor it might have had was lost, BUT Lawler-Smith was an awesome fight and people new to the game will have been hooked largely on what was the only fight of the night heavy on hitting and light on hype.
